Items are dispatched within 3-4 working days. If for any reason there is a delay in dispatching your order I will contact you within this time.

All artwork (originals and prints) will be packaged in sturdy, cardboard backed envelopes to ensure they arrive undamaged and not creased/bent.

Original artwork with UK delivery will be sent 1st class and will need a signature upon receipt of delivery. Prints will be sent 1st class, unsigned for.

Original artwork with international delivery will be sent via Royal Mail; international tracked and signed with delivery aim of 5-7 working days once dispatched. A signature is needed upon receipt of delivery. Prints will be sent via Royal Mail; international standard with delivery aim of 6-7 working days.

Please note, international buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees that might occur upon arrival.

If for any reason there is a problem with your order please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery.

Should your order be lost or damage a full refund will be issued. We will require a photo(s) showing the damage to the painting/print and packaging.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original condition, packaging and within 2 weeks of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of your return we will issue you a full refund for the cost of the item.

Payment is required at the time of order.

We accept payment via debit card as well as through PayPal.

We retain your information (delivery address, email, etc…) to ensure faster checkout upon further purchases and for accounting purposes. All information is stored on secure 3rd party servers. We do not share your personal information with any 3rd parties. Should you wish your details to be removed from our database please get in contact with our designated GDPR compliance officer Chris at badraven@mail.com to request their removal. You may also, at any time, contact us to find out what information we store on you and how it is processed.

We retain all rights to our images. Copyrights are not transferable with sales.

Please be aware that there may be a colour difference between your computer monitor and the artworks.

Some prints are not available in A3. This is due to the original images being smaller than A3 and therefore distortion occurring when enlarged.
